Accommodation will not be confirmed unless booking fee, placement and screening fee, 4 weeks homestay payment and airport pickup fees (where applicable) are paid in advance.
Accommodation booking is for a minimum of 4 weeks or length of study if shorter than 4 weeks.
It is preferable that students arrive on the wekeend to accommodate the Homesty Family.

Intakes and Course Durations
General English, IELTS Preparation and High School Preparation start each Monday.
Where a public holiday falls ona Monday, GE, IELTS and HSP will commence on the following Tuesday.
GE, IELTS and HSP durations are from 1 to 50 weeks.
English for Academic Purposes commences twice per year to coincide with the University enrolment period. EAP duration is 10 weeks. See Calendar of Date for exact dates.
Cambridge Exam Preparatiion commences three times per year to coincide with the Cambridge Exam dates. Cambridge Preparation durations are 10 to 12 weeks. See Calendar of Dates for exact dates.
There are no intakes during the published college closure during the Christmas Holidays Period.

Monthly Test and Reporting Dates
In order to keep students continually aware of their progress, and to ensure that student are promoted to a higher Level class as soon as they are ready, General English conducts fortnightly tests across the four skills - Reading, Writing, Listening and Speaking.
HSP conducts monthly tests across the four skills.
IELTS Preparation runs practice IELTS test once per month.
Fortnightly test are not applicable to EAP, Cambridge Courses or TESOL Certificate IV. These students will have classes as per normal on both days.
